Before I qualified as a counsellor and clinical supervisor, I earned my qualifications with the CIPD, where I specialised in Learning and Development. In my role as a Learning and Development Officer, I had the pleasure of creating and evaluating training programs - some in-person and some online - that truly supported my colleagues' professional growth. On becoming an Executive Coach, I found joy in integrating coaching principles into my training sessions, which enriched the learning experience for everyone involved. Now, as a counsellor, clinical supervisor, and training facilitator, I’m excited to use my diverse background to develop accessible and affordable courses, as well as continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities for practitioners using the feedback about what people like and don't like about training.
