There is lots of guidance all over social media about how to recover your motivation or how to manage your time. But what about when you just can not seem to get going and you do not really know why? This little workbook of activities and signposts may be a helpful way to reset your motivation to study. For structure, we will use the Assess - Plan - Do model, but given that planning can be a way of procrastinating, we are going to frame it as Assess - Refocus - Action.
